2 tomatoes cut into small cubes, 1 red onion finely chopped, chili flakes , 1 tbsp red wine vinegar , 1 tsp olive oil , salt and pepper . Mix everything in a bowl and set aside.

Make the beans in a minute by rinsing 1 can of white beans in a colander and draining. Put the beans in a high mixing bowl with a little bit of salt and pepper and a pinch of oregano and 1-2 teaspoons of truffle oil . Add a sip of water and use a blender to make a smooth paste. Also set aside.

In a further pan, roast the striped organic bacon (bacon) , remove from the pan and keep warm.

One Piece barbecue spice . The slices are cooked in just a few minutes.

1 tomato , 1 small piece of cucumber and 1 small red onion sliced cut. 2 slices of mountain cheese or Greyezer cut in half and ready to serve.

When the burgers are cooked, remove from the pan. Roast 2 fried eggs in the still hot pan.

While the eggs are frying, decorate the burgers with the other ingredients decoratively (and as tip-free as possible) on two plates. Crown with the finished fried eggs and serve immediately.

Salsa and beans to serve.

This is also great for a barbecue. Put all ingredients on the table - and everyone builds their own burger.
